Alex Tannous specializes in multifamily investments sales with an emphasis on value-add transactions. Alex’s hands-on experience and management of his family’s real-estate portfolio has enabled him to think like an investor, understand the challenges investors face and formulate effective and creative solutions to the most stubborn problems.
Alex’s profound knowledge of computers, marketing and sales allows him to package his listings to their fullest potential. He digs through the numbers to find every last dollar of value in the deal, assuring sellers don’t leave money on the table at the time of closing.
Prior to joining Batarseh Real Estate, Alex was a leasing and investment advisor at Keegan & Coppin where he gained invaluable knowledge about the local market. Alex also worked as a residential agent at Boss Realty & Appraisal in Lakeport, California, where he was successful in closing numerous residential transactions.
Born and raised in Lake County, Alex graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management.
