Alex brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial sectors. He began his career in residential real estate in Lake County, where he quickly advanced to become a leading advisor in commercial and investment properties. His ability to identify value-add opportunities has consistently delivered exceptional results, creating substantial wealth and long-term satisfaction for his clients.
Prior to joining BRE, Alex served as a Senior Advisor at SVN and led investment sales at Keegan & Coppin. Throughout his career, Alex built a reputation for integrity, expertise, and results, earning recognition as one of Lake and Sonoma County’s foremost commercial brokers.
Born and raised in Lake County, Alex graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and CA DRE Broker license.
Freddy Rouhana brings a distinctive background in GMP laboratory operations, cannabis production, and e-commerce logistics to commercial real estate. He specializes in investment properties, industrial facilities, medical offices, and data centers, asset classes where his technical expertise builds confidence and delivers results.
He holds an M.S. in Biotechnology and an MBA from San José State University, with research in Plant Biology, Gene Technology, Nanotechnology, and Bioplastics. With a career rooted in highly regulated industries, Freddy is most qualified advisor at helping investors and business owners navigate the complexities of commercial and investment real estate transactions.
Tony graduated top of his class with a General Business degree from SDSU, a Business Degree focused on Marketing and Finance, Tony brings both analytical expertise and creative strategy to every real estate transaction.
