Batarseh Real Estate is seeking ambitious, self-driven, dedicated individuals to expand our investment-sales team. Candidates must be highly committed and available to work full-time from our office in downtown Santa Rosa. 


  • Represent clients in acquisition and disposition of investment properties

  • Contact and interview prospective clients to solicit company services

  • Prepare property summaries, marketing material, offers, contracts and reports

  • Accompany prospective clients on property tours

  • Manage due diligence and closing activities

  • Review financial statements, contracts, environmental reports, etc.

  • Perform market research and demographics analysis

  • Perform financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and ratio analysis for investment properties

  • Calculate CAP rates and IRR for investment properties

  • Facilitate 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges

Minimum qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent

  • Valid CA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Integrity, strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and professional presence

  • Real estate experience a plus

Compensation is commission-based only. It is typical for individuals who apply themselves to earn up to six figures after two years. New associates will be provided the proper training and tools necessary to succeed.
